Surly, unhelpful and rude .The place looks chaotic and staff will do their very best not to show any empathy or sympathy to ill patients. Neve an hello or a goodbye........I would strongly suggest an alternative. Awful place

I popped into shop last Saturday to grab my usual essentials as this is my local! And I just wanted to congratulate the young dark haired lady who I saw stop a less savoury person from shoplifting. It?s so lovely to see people sticking up for themselves and the place they work!! What an asset to the company. I hope she gets the congratulations she deserves!!!!

Usually a good range of products but pharmacy customer service is poor - kept waiting with no acknowledgement, staff joking about training. This stuff matters. Sharpen up!

It's boots the pharmacy the same as you get through out the country ,But maybe the staff are a bit more obliging where you go ,as thay didn't here.I hope it was just a bad day for them?.
