I would like to say a huge thank you to Cathy, Cyril and Thalia at Boots Brightlingsea. After 2 failed attempts at getting my prescription sent over from Doctors, Cathy got me into see Cyril the Pharmacist who prescribed me what I needed, this was all done when they should have been locking up and going home. This was all completed with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I can?t thank you guys enough a true blessing to Brightlingsea ??

I had a GP appointment yesterday. The GP told me to go you Boots straight away to obtain a prescription for high blood pressure. The medication was not in stock. I was told it would be ready by 1500 today. At 1530 today I waited in the queue for 20 minutes only to be told that it was still out of stock and to try again tomorrow.

Nadia the 'manager' needs sacking the way she talks to customers is absolutely disgusting and they need to figure out how to do their jobs!
Leaving an old lady with no life saving medication is disgusting!

Staff are good. Pharmacy systems have been noticeably more efficient over last 12 months but premises far, far too small for the local community.
