Love how a pharmacy can have 5/6 members of staff and no one answers the phone. 1 person serving. Sends messages to say medication is in stock and it isn't. Unfortunately it seems to be only very few staff in there that actually give good customer service.
You do the phone test.. Call the shop while standing in the shop and they are round the back having a chat and still don't answer the phone
Also when trying to make a formal complaint you can't do it either.

Absolutely zero education. Firstly, waiting 5 minutes (only me), then a new customer came and take took him, he skipped the queue, and they acted like I was not waiting. Then, as advised by the surgeon, I should buy a pain relief before my operation, but they refused as they said the pain must start, and then I can come back. Disgusting behaviour. And zero knowledge. Will report it.

Service is awful never answer the phone over 400 times of trying and still no answer so ended up calling another boots pharmacy where I got a nice polite gentleman who got hold of someone but problem was still not resolved. Wouldn?t recommend using this chemist at all

This place has been on rocky ground for some time but it's actually gotten worse. And visibly too! This is the third time I've been up in the last couple of weeks now to find the chemist completely closed. At least there is a sign today!! I've never seen a chemist so knee deep in brown bags as the other week. You'd think by now you'd realise that your archaic systems do not work, but that was shocking! Also saw a very old lady be turned away for medication, who clearly was struggling with her mobility, because she got inside at just a couple of minutes before closing. There was still a queue of people waiting. Poor woman! You should be ashamed of yourselves! No everyone can get to another boots branch either, like myself!
