“I recently visited this branch of Waterstones for the first time in a while. It is a book shop with a reasonable selection of books that are organised using a sensible layout. The store is long and thin with an exit at either end of the shop. It is also dog friendly.I had around 4 or 5 books in mind when visiting and was surprised that none of them were on the shelves - I am sure they would have ordered them if I had asked but I wanted to walk away with a new book. I did however find a book from an author that I had not heard of so I left happy.As with other reviews, because of how narrow the store is, it can become a little cramped. However, this was not particularly a problem when I visited even with my labrador in tow.”

“Hotel was basic but fine. Friendly staff, comfy room, god breakfast. Wifi cut out and was slow when it did work, this was premium wifi. Room was very cold when I entered and took three hours to get to a normal temperature. Shower had no hot water, warm and cold only.”

“Tremendous value for money, and we never fail to come out with a few things. Mainly good for kids' toys and art supplies, but they also have a pretty eclectic selection of remaindered books, and I have bought a couple of really good history books here at bargain prices. There is a bit of an awkward threshold for wheelchair and push-chair users, and it is difficult to move around if there is any number of people in the store, as they make the most of a limited space. Friendly service.”

“The Staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable, if You ask where something is they take you straight to it!This store is very busy but there are some older women working here that make a point of helping out at check outs to reduce queuing!Excellent Customer Service! Fantastic range of magazines, cards , stationery and confectionary and in the centre of town.”
