Never any baskets as you go in. Long queue with only one till open. Cashier asked for someone else to serve but no one came.

Learn to price your shelves correctly then it wouldn?t cause an issue at the tills, rolling your eyes and huffing and puffing at us because we?ve questioned prices being higher than expected and it was due to wrong tickets being put in front of stock that had the exact same name as what was on the packaging to the ticket, then being told that they won?t honour it as they have up to 24 hours to change the ticket over, do they just make up their own rules as they go along, very rude staff not all but a majority of them, this is the third time we have come to this shop and received poor customer service from staff and rudeness, shops a mess and more like a jumble sale.

Terrible experience only one till open with a massive queue and a shop full of moaning customers some of whom were walking out because of it,everything about the situation screamed badly managed and dysfunctional and the one poor staff member on the till was being put under way too much stress.

Half decent stock of Hot Wheels but evident that the cases are opened and checked for any rare cars before putting them out onto shelves, which is a shame. Don't even try to hide it, by the fact they advertise a local collectors club, where by you can then buy those aforementioned "rare" ones for a massively inflated price. I wonder if B&M know that this goes on in the store, any staff going through stock to personally gain, in my opinion should be reported to Hot Wheels themselves, which can be done (easily, I'll add) here in the UK.

Purchased two of the same items today. Once I got home realised that one was taller than the other believe this to be an error as the barcodes were the same on both items. Due to them only having two in stock I had to return both.
From what I believe to be a customer service manager (may need to be retrained) got a lovely sarcastic and rude remark in return of me asking to return them basically saying she would have noticed they were taller and not have purchased them. When I asked for her name to raise a formal complaint she refused. When asked why she felt the need to make the remark when in fact it?s a simple error she then told me to leave the store. This complaint has now been raised with customer services and we have found out the person due to the refund receipt. It seems she is a very aggressive and rude person and when she is pulled about this gets defensive.
The shop itself has been going downhill and with ?mangers? like this I can see why. Such a shame as the other staff that work there are lovely. Best to travel that bit further and visit the turner rise store.

Didn't seem any cheaper than Tesco or others and has long lines to wait even though not very busy in the Isles.
