I have had the pleasure of working with Melanie for a few years now, and I have always found Melanie to be approachable. From an employer's perspective, Melanie has been extremely helpful in resolving HR issues effectively, ensuring due process and that everyone is heard before a final decision is made. Mel acted for us in the redundancy process for a member of staff. Her advice guidance and reassurance through out was invaluable.
Due to timescales she even took a zoom call and telephone calls whilst on holiday abroad which was above and beyond what i expected but grateful for and helped in bringing the matter to a conclusion.
I would have no hesitation in using Mel again and will certainly be recommending her to friends in the future.
