This was the first time of buying a bed from Bensons and I can say that from the the showroom sales man to the two guys that delivered and put together the bed it was a wonderful experience.
The two guys that delivered the bed worked together as a team and the work was complete in no time.
In this day and age it is so lovely to find a company that does what they say they are going to do and to find two great guys like them was a fantastic. Many thanks to all. If we need another bed we know where to go.

From the moment we stepped in to the store to look for a mattress for my mother, to the time of delivery, we were served with a 5 star service. Max in the showroom was very attentive with no pressure, as we spent some time deliberating and trying several mattresses. On the day of delivery, the men were just as a attentive by placing the mattress in my mums room choice and taking the plastic away. We did have several shops on our list to visit, this was our first shop and we didn't bother to move on. Great service and choice. We would certainly recommend and go back if and when we are looking for another bed or mattress.

Amazing. From buy the bed...to buying the bed to it being delivered. Was looked after well. The end was put together and everything was taken away .

We recently purchased a bed and mattress from Bensons for Beds, and we couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, and the quality of the products exceeded our expectations. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service we received from Chelsie. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options with patience and care. Thanks to her, we felt confident in our choice and left the store knowing we were in good hands.
It?s rare to come across someone so passionate about customer service ? Chelsie truly made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend both the store and especially Chelsie if you're looking for great products and even better service!

Brilliant experience with Benson's. Had exhausted myself with lots of online trawling. I think certain furniture products need to be seen and felt in-store. You need to get a 'feel' for the fabric and touch/sit/lay on for a true experience, in my opinion. It's why physical stores are still important.
Scott, at the Colchester store, really helped with this. He was approachable, friendly and professional. He pointed me in the right direction for what I was after, quality and budget-wise. He took time to go through discounted items and what was the best deal. He was patient and courteous throughout.
I was expecting a pretty painful, all-day job of store hunting but a couple of products in, I knew what I wanted. Scott was wholly instrumental in helping with these decisions. He was extremely knowledgeable about Benson's options and made the experience a pleasure.
I thoroughly recommend a visit, if you need a bed/mattress.

Off the cuff visit, as in an adjoining store, and noticed there was a sale on. Knew we needed a new bed soonish, so took the opportunity to look in the Colchester showroom, to see what was on offer. Pleasantly surprised at the selection available, and with staff assistance help, found a bed, headboard and mattress we liked. Made the purchase and took advantage of the 0% interest offer. All paperwork was completed swiftly, and the delivery date was agreed. As this was being hand made, getting a delivery at this point, was most impressive. There were numerous follow up emails, and texts, stating all was on schedule. The delivery team of three were very efficient, and all was set up in next to no time, taking all the packaging away.
The amount of updates regarding progress of the order was bordering on excessive, however this didn't detract from the overall experience, and we are extremely pleased with the service provided, and the quality of products bought.

Paid up a deposit for a bed set but denied a credit facility .then they agreed to keep my deposit whilst l raised the bulk of the remaining balance .and paid up after a month .this was very kind and good customer service .I got the bed delivered and assembled by their professional staff ..Will definitely keep buying from them

From ordering, to the time of delivery, we have had 1st class service from Bensons for Beds. The delivery team of Andrew and Stephen were EXCELLENT! They called 30 minutes before delivery to give an exact ETA, took care when removing our old mattress and delivering our new one. We are very happy with our purchase and impressed with the service. 5 STARS all round.
