Started off well good price for tyres purchased online booked a slot for 2 weeks later.....get a call less than an hour before tyre replace and MOT slot sorry tyres aren't coming won't be in stock until over a month away. Pointless booking in advance. Went in to the branch and was told my tyres are nowhere in stock in the UK. I would have to come from Germany and won't get them with anyone....went elsewhere and had them fitted 4 days later. Don't waste time pre booking ATS don't seem to know if your tyres will turn up until the day off fitting and won't call in plenty of time to advise either!!

Absolutely outstanding service from Tom and his team. From ordering to delivery to collection I couldn't have asked for better. I've been a customer of ATS for many years and I've never been disappointed. The office staff are quite superb and the drivers are so friendly. Would I used ATS again.....absolutely in a Heartbeat. Thank you Tom and team.

Great customer service from the Colchester team, friendly helpful and caring. Changed my wheel after I hit a pothole found an available replacement tyre in nearby Chelmsford and got me on my way quickly. Excellent service thank you

Visited the Severalls branch in Colchester, Essex. 17/2/2024Brilliant service, fixed a puncture on my Ford Focus estate at very short notice on a very busy Saturday. Great friendly customer service. I have booked with them on line twice now and they have called to cancil every time. Its not good enough ATS don't treat your customers like that. Safe to say I will not use them again. :o(

I had a very happy experience here. I booked my car in with a slow puncture. The service was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The team were able to repair the tyre for a very reasonable price, and the communication was great. I will certainly use them again.

I arrived with a wheel valve that needed urgent attention and they solve the problem during the day. As my MOT is three month due from the day I wrote this review, I asked them to change three tyres. They did a quick look on the vital parts of the car and they realised engine oil level was low so they topped up. A+ service. Thanks!

I Can not believe the disgusting service by this garage, and I?m not saying Ats as we use them all over the country.A woman comes in on her own you charge her £205 for a tyre STEEP to start with, but she had no choice as she?s on a temporary restricted use spare wheel, at the end you?ve fitted the new tyre to the original wheel and then you tell her you haven?t got time to change it on her vehicle and dumped the new tyre wheel that should on the car in the boot an sent her on her way with the temp wheel still fitted!I really can?t believe this happened I wouldn?t have even expected this from a backstreet garage.firstly you?re responsible for supply and fit also to send vehicles away in the best and safest conditions possible, Failed on both accounts there,secondly it literally takes 5 minutes for you to swap a wheel over in a garage where has customer service gone absolutely shocking.I?m 100% sure my companies and my contacts companies will definitely be avoiding this garage and I?ll definitely be contacting Ats head office for an explanation to the action.

Based this review purely on my experience. We'd booked an aircon recharge and antibacterial treatment.We arrived at the booked time, an hour round trip only to be told their machine had been out of service for ages and would still be for some time. Waste of our day and fuel, too.

Tyre fitted ok. Not so sure about the additional report. Booked appointment with black circles and tyre fitted at the appointment time. They did put the spare back in the wheel well.
