Took a full basket to the manned till, was told she would only serve trolleys. I explained I had a lot of age restricted tagged items, she then bizarrely told me she doesn't know how to remove security tags anyway! Needless to say dumped my shopping there and went to Tescos next door. With 'customer service' like that, no wonder ASDA is in big trouble.

Good size and large range for a medium size supermarket. The staff could have been mire helpful . Maybe it was a bad day.

Never any stock on shelves no matter what day or time you go in . wanted eggs today asked a member of staff where they were his answer was in stock room we don't have time to put them out .
