I purchased a tumble dryer this spring from Anytime Appliances as it appeared to be a reasonable price, I believe it was £160. Having had very little use over the summer I then went to use it in September, but it made a horrible grinding noise. I contacted them regarding the issue, but was told that they were unwilling to do anything about it as I had purchased it over three months ago. Considering it's has only been used a handful of times I find this unacceptable. When I mentioned my rights under the consumer rights act the lady just hung up on me. If your considering purchasing an item from them be aware that if you have similar problems you my find yourself in the same situation. I would recommend spending a little more and use a reputable retailer that offers at least a 1 year warranty.
