Visted the Store for new Bras and fitting, what a pleasant welcome from the staff so helpful and friendly. During fitting staff ensured my dignity and privacy were maintained. Left with 3 new sets of bras and panties. I have to say following the fitting my new bras are amazing don't feel as I'm wearing a bra, I put that down to proper fitting.. so thank you to Joanna and her team for all the help and understanding.. helping me leave the store full if confidence

Went in for a bra fitting today and Marie and Hannah were amazing. They made me feel completely at ease and helped me find some perfect underwear for my changing body and made a pregnant mum feel sexy again! Will definitely be returning!

Went to the shop today to purchase a bra. I think her name was Kimmy (thats the name on the receipt). Kimmy made me feel so comfortable and cant thank her enough for her time, patience and kindness to me. Ive been wearing the wrong size bra and she was so helpful in getting me different types to try. I ended up buying 2 bras and knickers and would definately go back. Thanks again for your knowledge and helpfulness xx

I visited this store many times.I had to buy new bras and I need it a bra fitting as I didn?t known my size.Hannah was very kind and helpful. It toke me some time to found my size and she was make sure I left the store with everything I need and happy.

Went in with my girlfriend so she could get a bra fitting, initially she was nervous but Hannah made her feel very comfortable and respected her boundaries in every way. Amazing customer service and very helpful

I went for a bra fitting yesterday with the wonderful Hannah & Carmen. They were so wonderful, made me feel extremely comfortable during my first ever fitting, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was instantly put at ease and everything was explained in such depth and so I was able to understand. I honestly could not recommend enough!!! 5 stars for the incredible staff who were faultless, the only down side is with Ann Summers as a company. They do not send a variety of sizes to their stores which meant I was not actually able to try my size on instead only a sister size. This is completely down to the company, they need to be more inclusive and supply stores with a variety of all sizes. This will not only make it easier for their staff, it will give ALL customers the opportunity to find products in their size which will increase sales and benefit the company immensely. They have always been a company to who embrace all sizes and body shapes but they need to not only do this in marketing but in stores to. Everyone should have the opportunity to buy something to make them feel good in their own correct fitting size, this needs to be done in making every product in every size and by stocking their stores properly. Ann Summers you need to do better for you customers and staff.

The places is very spotless and clean! Every time I go in to the store the staff there are always so helpful making sure that I have the best experience with the store in Colchester! The staff take their time to ensure that I have everything that i need or was looking for, if they don?t have it in stock they even look on the website for me.

The best service I have ever had in a shop. Hannah served me and nothing was too much trouble.
I only went in for a couple of lingerie sets and ended up spending £252!
