Brilliant all-round service, easy to book and the hearing test was quick. Provided with 2 hearing aids to trial free for 2 weeks, so impressive and I'm over the moon happy! No-one can see I'm wearing them ?

Failed to call me back, despite leaving 2 messages for a call back? I appreciate their answer message implied that they have people on maternity leave, but no response is just not acceptable. Although I live in Colchester...I use Ipswich where normally I can be seen fairly quickly and professionally. I give the Ipswich branch a five star rating but overall it wouldn't stop me using Amplifon in future.
