Opening hours need updating, says it?s closed at 19.00 on Sundays however when arriving at 16.30 we were turned away due to closure

Food was absolutely disgusting. My chips were stone cold and my friends cheesy chips looked and tasted like rubber. Don't recommend. It's been over 20yrs since I've been to a wimpy now I know why.

First time for many years really looked forward to it but we were extremely disappointed, the service was brilliant but unfortunately the food was very very poor the burgers are definitely not the same as they were thick, chunky and to me and my wife tasted awful, and were very sloppy in texture,to the point of almost under cooked.
For the price we paid I would expect better food, we have had better from a mobile burger van. definitely won't go to Wimpy in clacton again .

This place was clean. Great service.
The toilets are sadly lacking. They need updating and need to be kept clean.
