“I contacted my local branch out of desperation, as the on-line travel agency was disgusting in handling my concerns with travel arrangements that had been changed without notification. I was blamed by the on-line staff in choosing my hotel and flight arrangements, when in fact Easy Jet had changed the flight times, my hotel and flights were booked at the same time on the TUI website, the new departure times left me arriving late at the hotel and when the hotel restaurants were closing. This situation left me and my partner without any dinner arrangements.We had paid for 7 nights half board and was only getting 6 nights. Sharon answered my call and although it was late in the afternoon and just before the shop was shutting, Sharon called and advised the hotel of our late arrival and then also advised me that the flights had been changed, I never received any notification.The On-line staff could have done what Sharon did for me, but instead turned the situation around and stated that I should have used more due diligence in organising and choosing my flights and hotel and that TUI was not responsible for the situation and could not help. They basically told me to get on with it.Outstanding service from Sharon, I would not book on-line again as the service is not there. It's also very hard to make a complaint on-line until you have returned from your holiday. Always book in store they match the on-line price. Thanks Sharon, your were a great help, and very understanding. ALWAYS SHOP LOCAL!”
