If you're going to make fun of my Mum for using the wrong door when she leaves the shop, make sure her child still isn't in the shop, I can hear you. The only sign on the door was a piece of paper and she has bad eyesight. Woman on till with dyed pink hair and two old women with dyed blonde hair all talking to each other behind the till when they served me, oblivious to me obviously feeling quite offended. Your job isn't difficult behind the till and putting stock out, don't be so rude.

I rushed to get to the works this evening and got there at 5 minutes to 6pm to find the doors locked up early. Very disappointed.

Simply asked for andrew ridgleys book and on phone ..and was told were a discount store we DONT sell new books very rudely as if i should know....its says books on the website...staff in store should be polite surely....wont be buying anything from them now....
