Went to collect a click and collect order. Only one assistant working in customer services and operating the till. After being ignored I asked the assistant, between customers, she called on the tannoy for assistance. No one appeared. I walked to the end of the store, avoiding trolleys and pallets blocking the Isles. Found my item on the shelf and checked out. Luckily the first assistant had managed to get some help. Never been in such a cluttered store, and will avoid the Clacton branch if I can.

The range at Clacton started good with quality art media and equipment at reasonable prices, but over the years quality has disappeared and been replaced with cheap and nasty like you would expect from poundland. Lot of money for crap.
