Tesco Superstore Brook Retail Park I have already put a complaint about this to head office about the foul bag of potatoes that I purchase from your store today amongst £114 of other groceries. The Potoato that was inside the bag of potatoes stunk like raw fish when I got my shopping home and the shopping bag with my shopping stunk I am appalled that a big store Can be like this. I shop in Tesco most weeks but am really disappointed that I had to wash my products before putting them away to store as the smell was awful from a normally happy Customer Diana Champion

Went to Tesco recently to buy some alcohol for the night, lady who ID?ed me was extremely rude and was literally looking at my ID for 5 minutes, when it was clearly me and I?ve never had an issue anywhere with it, advised her the only difference was it was 2 years ago. The way she spoke to me was incredibly rude, and then proceeded to ID my friends who baring in mind, their Ids are 3-4+ years old and they were fine. There was no hello, or any form of communication. Didn?t even read out how much my shopping cost just proceeded to put the balance right on the pad for me. I don?t have a problem with this, because quite frankly it?s more than fair enough that you have bad days when working in customer service as I do too, however, there was no excuse for her to speak to me like this. The only reason I think she thought she could speak to me like this was because she was a lot older than me.. never had a bad experience in this Tesco before and find a lot of the staff super helpful and nice but definitely has put me off coming in again :/

Normally enjoy coming at 2am to look at all the questionable parents dragging their dishevelled zombie like primary school aged children around the isles, replete in their uniforms ready for school. How social services aren?t aware of this is shocking.
Today it was the cafe which drew me in & at £8.95 for a mass produced hot plate breakfast I was expecting good value. It wasn?t. Unable to swap any item, even beans for mushrooms & while the plate was hot the food was barely tepid. Should have gone to a cafe or Table Table up the road. ??

"I want to express my sincere gratitude to the young lady (late 20s) working at Tesco. She consistently goes the extra mile to make me feel welcome and happy during my visits. She's a true gem, always genuine and never fake.
Her customer service skills are exceptional. She should be used as a model for training other employees. She's absolutely amazing

Absolutely horrible shop. Poorly laid out and the men's clothes section is disgraceful. One little corner!!! Pathetic. Some of the staff are extremely rude with one almost getting angry because I asked politely to move his trolley cage. Only gets two stars because of the till lady, didn't catch her name but she was friendly

My Granddaughter and myself went to the cafe 4 weeks ago food was nice staff polite and helpful will be back in a couple of weeks.
