“Nice store, but as with all of them,no baskets at the door,all at the tills, so shoppers get frustrated. A better idea would also to have them stratigicly placed around the store, would maybe prompt people to buy more? Just a thought. But definitely need them at the entrance maybe on a portable trolley outside even, obviously would need to be undercover etc”

“Always get some good deals here. The aisle from the entrance is a bit narrower than the rest so tends to be a bottle neck. Freezers are always well stocked, as are the shelves. Easy access for wheel chairs and those with mobility issues but wouldn't recommend using a mobile scooter due to narrow aisles. Done basic items, again paracetamol, tends to be pricey. No toilets but Morrisons don't mind you using theirs even if you've not shopped there.”

“Excellent manager, Jordan really helped me. New to the area and he showed me where everything was. He was so polite and helpful. It’s lovely to know such nice workers are local to me! The young girl that works there too was very lovely and helpful also!”

“Nice shop to pop into if you need a few bits. The post office is really handy if you need to send or return a parcel. Quite small and cramped, which can be more of a problem during the pandemic but still a very useful shop.”

“My Mother who is very elderly (aged 86 and only weighs just over 6 stone) and who is extemely frail and on 24 hour oxygen and carries an oxygen tank with her visited Sainsbury's in St John's Road, Clacton to do some shopping today 6th September at about 4pm, she explained to me that the staff we're extremely helpful towards her and in particular she describes two young lads who assisted her to pack her bags and then one of them walked out to her car and loaded her bags into the boot of her car. As her son who lives 100 miles away, I would like to thank these two members of Sainsbury's staff from the bottom of my heart for your kindness towards my Mum, God bless you both.”
