Had the brie & bacon melt. It wasn't on Italian bread it was a cheap white roll & the cheese wasn't brie. Server made a couple of errors with stuff he forgot.

I ordered my food on Uber Eats at 2pm and my food didn?t arrive until 4:10pm over 2 hours I had to wait, and when it arrived it was cold and stale, I called the restaurant multiple times to see where my food is and I contacted Uber Eats aswell, they both didn?t help me in any way whatsoever, I definitely won?t be back and this is not the first time it?s happened to me either, Subway and Uber Eats clearly don?t care about their customers

Very very messy. I'm shocked, I ordered 2 subways and a side of hashbrowns and I got a very messy order, I had to wait a long time as there was only one guy attending everyone, I've only seen at least 2 people working for subway, but not here. All the wraping paper had sauces and it was stuck in the sandwich and the hashbrowns had part eaten ones!!! I had to bin this food as soon as I got home. I demand a refund.

Visited this store today, to find there was only 1 person left on his own to run the shop and serve all the customers , and prepare the food.
Despite the wait, Craig carried on with his job in the most upbeat, professional manner, and was helpful and kind to all the customers in the shop while he served each one, and to the others waiting in line.
He?s an absolute credit to the shop, so to the management, please don?t treat your hard working staff this way!

Avoid this massively.
We ordered this on Xmas day after they claimed to be open from Deliveroo, we rang up multiple times with no one answering.
We claimed a refund on Deliveroo but they refused it as Subway claimed that they was open and knocked on door multiple times throughout which ring doorbell footage shows that no one attended.
Rang these a week after once Deliveroo rejected a refund they said they wasn?t open and none of that was said and will issue a refund, it is now July and still no refund.
They are a fraudulent company our order was £41.12.
Never ordering from them again.
I held from a bad review but people should know never to order from here.

During my visit to Clacton, I found myself hungry and stopped by a Subway restaurant. Despite arriving at closing time, Jay, the staff member, graciously served me without hesitation. This hospitality immediately set this experience apart from my previous encounters in London. I entrusted Jay to craft a foot-long sub with a unique Indian flavor, giving him full creative control. Initially skeptical, I was pleasantly surprised when I took the first bite. The sub was bursting with juicy, flavorful vegetables, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. Jay's attention to detail, particularly in maintaining hygiene by changing gloves between handling my veg sub and non-veg ingredients, was commendable. His dedication to accommodating my dietary preferences made the experience even more enjoyable. I believe Jay's exceptional service merits recognition from his manager, perhaps even a raise, for consistently delivering outstanding dining experiences. I look forward to revisiting this Subway location when I'm in Clacton or nearby areas in the future.

Ordered for delivery. Estimated delivery time 2:30-2:50.. contacted shop at 3:15 and was told they had been waiting for bread to cook. Food eventually arrived at 3:49. Food wasn't as ordered and some was even missing ( was free item so didn't bother chasing for the item ).Driver knocked at door, handed food over and left. Not smile, no apology for delay. Think they could do with some customer service training.
