“Would like to say thank you to the store manager today. We took a watch back to ask if they could have a look at adjusting the metal strap. She said she will try and have a look but said that we may have to leave it there for them to have a look later during the week. She took our contact details and said that they will call us when the watch was ready to be collected later during the week. We left it with them and she took the time to have a look and she called us back about 45mins later to say that she had managed to adjust the strap. What great service and what a nice person.
