In a good spot close to the beach.one thing that annoyed me when I went to check in after a 13 hour shift at work was the fact that there were no one available on reception and 1 poor women was serving food and drinks as well as trying to run the Reception which I sympathise with.so it was self check in with a machine!premier inn should be embarrassed making millions and not employing the right amount of staff to even check people in. I dint eat or drink here for that reason.it took me 15 mins to check in so god only knows how long it would take to get some food.rooms were tidy and clean as you would expect from a premier inn.

Excellent room and service, we had room 214, we were told of a broken mirror awaiting replacement. It was taped and made safe, in an area you could reach anyway. It didn't bother us, however, the very kind lady at check in offered us free parking and breakfast to compensate. A very nice thing to do without asking. We will definately book with premier inn in the furure, here and other locations. Excellent breakfast too!

Rooms are in good condition and spacious. The only thing is the price, they are extremely expensive even for 1 night. I have never paid less than £60 a night for a room. I was hoping to book a room for the weekend of the 2nd of Feb but when I see the prices I now have to look for somewhere cheaper. I get emails about deals but never for this particular hotel always in Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham etc.Rooms: Rooms are always clean and accommodate to what we needFood & drinks: Fantastic breakfast optionNoteworthy details: Only thing is the price of the rooms, sometimes they are ridiculously high even just for a night. I have never paid less than £60 a night.

Honestly, i cannot recommend the level of service i had from the manager Sophie - i had some family issues and she went above and beyond to resolve and help me with the booking, She was so understanding. If only every company had this level of customer service the world would be a much better place.Plus when we arrived all names details and the situation were remembered and made it such a personal experience - this is the level of service i would expect from a luxury5 * independent hotel - i will never stay anywhere else when we are in this area for business. thank you Sophie

We had the meal deal and the food was disgusting only a choice of 5 meals. 2 curries spaghetti bolognaise and 2 pizzas only soup for a starter and ice cream for dessert. Even the waitress said it was better and cheaper to go to a local fish and chip shop. At breakfast the eggs were slimy and the sausages weren?t cooked properly. The room was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Won?t be going back.
