I?ve become a patient of the walk in centre ever since joining this practice.Never any appts what?s so ever. I spent this week in hospital on IV penicillin on an ecg machine as a healthy 35 year old women due to a UTI being left as no appts at my surgery, wrong antibiotics givin at walk in centre, then failure to even speak to a gp for different antibiotics- a total failure and impact on my life which made me seriously ill. Too many patients and no doctors. They should not be accepting when their care is already maxed out and poor.

Impossible to see a doctor.Waste of time phone call.

As with most GP surgery's these days, it's difficult to get through on the telephone and difficult to get a personal appointment with an actual doctor. The Surgery at North Road is small, old fashioned and needs modernising. Crusaders is far better but can be difficult to get to without a car. I have found the receptionists at both surgeries are polite and helpful.

Queued up outside waiting for an 8am diabetes appointment, when they unlocked the doors I checked In and sat waiting for nearly an hour to be told I would have to wait another 15 minutes at least as I was late ? Fuming, can't get another appointment until November, guess who will be making you wait this time.

Absolutely rubbish can see why they are the top worst drs surgery!!!. Had to give it one star but that's even a joke just like this surgery

I?m not a patient but my dad was. He died in January from an illness that this surgery failed to recognise even though a previous surgery had diagnosed it in 2008. Even through covid he should have been treated as vulnerable, he wasn?t. If you need a GP, please try your hardest to find one elsewhere. This surgery isn?t improving and the older you get the easier it is for them to fob you off.

This surgery is brilliant, I?m under Dr Knorr who is great at his job. My medication is always ready and ready to pick up from the pharmacy. I have no complaints about this surgery!

Receptionists very polite. Doctor Zero. I told him I have had chest pains amongst other problems. He couldn't be asked to even take my blood pressure

You will get the odd good nurse or doctor here, but overall the surgery is shocking. Lack of care for patients. Most cannot be bothered to be there. You have to beg for help with most things. No follow ups. You are left. This is not a surgery to go to. Myself and my whole family are changing surgeries through the shocking service we have experienced. Unbelievable!

Their seems to be two receptionists, ones cheerful and the other is beyond rude, that's if you finally get through to one of them. I've often been on hold for over 10 minutes to then have the line disconnect and have to start all over. By the time you get through there's no appointments.

This surgery is a complete joke. They don?t care about their patients & they should be ashamed of themselves. My 87 year old mother hasn?t see a GP from here in over 3 years nor has she had her medication reviewed. On telephoning for an appointment as her arms were covered in blood bruising which was black, she was told she?d receive a telephone call from the doctor. He never even bothered to ring. It?s disgusting.

I do feel shocked when I read the reviews. I'm originally a crusader surgery patient with Dr guille. I now see Dr chaudry but with covid issues, I see Dr baa whos great and gets what evers needed done, not sure of the spelling. The girls are always so helpful and lovely and the prescription lady has gone above and beyond lately for me getting promethazine as its become difficult to get. She's constantly tinkering with the prescription, changing the amount and strength until she got me some. If I can't get an appointment then they ask me what it's for and advise either calling the next day or simply emailing admin if it's something they can deal with. With my daughters ears they couldn't get her in as I rang way to late but they said the walk in would see her and give her antibiotics. They always try to find a solution to help. I know the phone lines can be an arse but that's thier only problem for me and I know Dr chaudry has been frustrated getting it sorted and more girls on it. If you can't call then just email or request a non urgent appointment on the website. There's loads of info on there.

This surgery was sympathetic and helpful when I phoned in despair about a relative's memory issues. They called back and arranged both a blood test and GP appointment at a time to suit my husband, who had to travel a long distance and take a day off work. We saw Dr Maresca (sp?) who was just wonderful with the relative and with us. Excellent service. The young lady on reception was nice despite the rudeness of many of the patients.
