Wouldn't shop here by choice, as there are better supermarkets that don't run out of stock all the time. Freezers are broken or empty. The majority of other supermarkets have better prices too.

Today I think has been the worst experience I?ve had in this store. I have the displeasure of living near this place. The store itself is fine (other than the door being broken for about 3+ months) but this one woman at the self checkout is something else, she normally talks with staff while people need ID checks(which isn?t terrible but it?s not that great either). I grab the small amount I need and go to the check out where I need my ID checked which fair enough. It?s already off to a rough start when she?s already talking to another colleague, then this old man (who?s right behind me may I mention as she must of seen me waiting with the red light) and starts to complain about price which isn?t the easiest thing to handle (old men can be very stubborn ) but this ?disagreement? goes on for a couple of minutes, where she blames the government and says she?s been in customer service for 35 years so she knows (which 1 no it?s not mostly the government because Morrison?s makes over a 50 million pound profit so don?t be saying that. And as someone who has been in customer service for a lot less longer than you I can tell you you?re not doing a great job) but Ive been waiting for like 2-3 minutes now and they?re still going at it, one point I have to look up at the till to make sure the light was red. Until the very kind gentleman (who came in after me) had to say excuse me twice to the worker and says that I?ve been waiting for a while for my ID to get checked (I didn?t want to interrupt your absolute riveting conversation with this old man and as you almost ignored someone else) she finally comes over and I don?t utter a word, I?m just staring down at my purse while she?s looking at me. Before I leave I thank the gentleman and before I even get out of the self service area they?re already back to arguing where everyone at self service area moaning because of this. If you see me in this store again miss 35 years of customer service I want you to give me the 35 years of customers service because for a year and a half now I haven?t felt that once. PERIOD.

Big queues at the 4 checkouts open, even the self checkouts seemed overwhelmed, good luck getting any frozen goods home!
