It's ok if you just want a couple of things. Tends to be a few empty shelves. Last time I went in there was no milk and the staff were so busy - a staff member had to leave the checkout half way through a queue of customers to get food from the oven.There have also been occasions where there has been no checkout open and customers have had to try to find staff to open one.
