This is the first time I have used quickfit in 20 years, and sadly you have not changed!
I witnessed a women crying her eyes out having lost her husband, closely followed by a manager trying to take advantage and put some of the most expensive tyres on her car! Even after she stated she only did 5,000 miles per annum! Only after I stepped in did the manager offer some cheaper alternatives! This was absolutely abhorrent behaviour! Your organisation should be ashamed of itself!

I had a fantastic experience at Kwik Fit Clacton. Jon and his team went above and beyond to provide a professional, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish. They clearly take pride in their work and care about their customers ? nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was explained clearly, the work was completed quickly, and I drove away feeling confident and well looked after. It?s refreshing to deal with a team that?s not only knowledgeable but genuinely helpful.

Been using Kwik Fit for MOTs, Services, and flat tyres for 5 years now. Always great levels of service, fair pricing. Fully explained (for the less mechanically minded - me.) Simple booking, drop off, and collection. Jon and the team are great!

Excellent! I had an appointment booked and wanted to bring it forward, which was no problem when I rang to change it. I was still earlier than expected, but again this was no problem. Had a couple of new tyres and the alignment checked and corrected. Everything was explained to me and I cannot fault the service I received today. Thank you to all at Clacton Kwik fit.

Had a slow puncture from a nail, popped in after 6pm. Although they were closed and couldn't do anything, they did put air in to get me home.
Dropped the wheel off the following day and despite being busy, repaired the puncture same day.
Back on the road that evening.
Fair price and excellent customer service. Highly recommended and will continue to use. Cheers guys, keep up the good work ?

Friendly and Helpful Staff I dealt with Jon and have done so on many occasions he always remembers me even if I haven't visited for a year or two due to circumstances I certainly recommend kwik fit Clacton on sea branch and happy to give 5 stars . Update 28th July 2025 had my MOT today dealt with branch manager Jon again and as always very friendly and courteous a credit to the company as is his team still recommend highly still 5 stars .

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
Just had the air conditioning re-gassed on my Porsche Boxster at my local Kwik Fit, and I couldn?t be happier with the service. From the moment I arrived, the team were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff.
Despite it being a premium sports car, they handled the job with absolute care and efficiency. The whole process was quick and seamless, and the results speak for themselves ? ice-cold air and a much more comfortable drive, especially in this summer heat!
It?s rare to find this level of expertise and customer service at such a fair price. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, whether you?re driving a city runabout or something a little more special like a Boxster.

First time I've used this company (AirCon check/replenish) and was very pleased with the overall customer experience. Very courteous and informative, especially when their system flagged that my Mot was out of date, which came as a complete surprise but am eternally grateful for that knowledge. (Has now been booked).

Jon and the guys at Kwik fit was most welcoming and talked and was all very pleasant the guy who done my m.o.t I think it's a Mr burfoot was most helpful and talked me through my m.o.t so special thanks to the guys there was another guy to on reception when I got in and it's so nice to see customers and staff mix with no silence thank you again guys nice people
