Visited this company as an established family business. Very good with the sales pitch and had a shower enclosure installed. The after sales is appalling, pipework incorrectly installed so have had a leak for over 7 months, all under the tiles is waterlogged as are the walls. When they came round said they could not see any problems even though the cupboard wall was all bubbled up. In rage Mark tore the shower tray panel off breaking it in half and the long and shirt was told not their problem so we gave had to use dehumidifiers and a plumber to help us try and rectify the damage. Awful attitude, quick to take your money but refuse to admit they are at fault. Had a bath in place for years never any problems but this has turned out to be a very costly mistake. Stay away from them!!!

Great staff,Great prices. i needed a solid 90 degree pan connector after my flexible one split(bought at a different plumbing store) i was not sure if i needed a extender for it to fit so i was sold both and told if i did not need it i would get a refund which i did.Also much cheaper than Sc*****x, B and # and other mainstream stores.Many thanks I will be back next time i need plumbing accessories and advice.

Highly recommended, I don?t live in area but had to repair sink for my Mum. Couldn?t get correct parts/advice from anywhere else. Staff at Venables very knowledgeable and couldn?t be more helpful and I got job sorted. The parts where cheaper also than the big stores. Any future jobs I won?t go anywhere else.
Can?t recommend this company enough from the sales staff who were very helpful to Ricky who installed our shower, toilet & laid new floor tiles. He was extremely professional, always on time, clean & tidy & his workmanship was absolute perfection.
