Went down just before closing time and these guys stayed open for me as I was leaving the next day to head home for Scotland they was at the phone for about a hour and only charged me £30 for a new screen top guys

Took my water damaged tablet to them to fix. They said they wouldn't repair it before confirming I wanted the work done. Went back to check for updates and they'd fixed it already and told me I owed them £85!!!!! I argued it and said they didn't confirm I wanted the work done or how much it would cost so I would pay half. Was told they have the right to resell my item for their own profit if I don't pay the £85. Fuming. Do not shop here.

I left my phone with a man who said his name was A.J. My screen was badly broken and he said the frame was bent. It took two days to repair and when he gave me it back it would not turn on, he said the battery was flat. I paid £50.I had to take the phone to a reputable dealer in Ipswich the next day and it cost £125 to get it repaired. A.J had fitted a used screen, the screws were too long and had damaged the screen, he had damaged the camera and battery which all had to be replaced.I would have gone back but he did not give me a receipt which was my fault, I just wanted the phone back.I have reported him to the Local Authority Trading Standards and the Inland Revenue.
