Purchased a grey water tap for my motorhome. Forced to pay delivery but I didn?t mind. The image and description was completely different to the one I received and therefore didn?t fit my caravan!I returned the item after being expected to pay to return it. After asking for a refund the staff were so monosyllabic, rude and out right avoided all of my questions, I was also called a liar! I had to go through Amazon itself to force them to refund me. Not happy at all with the service and I will not visit or buy any products again.

Overall very good service except for certain member of the shop staffI am 80 years old and was treated like a juvenile delinquent, a simple question was answered by an ill mannered brusque person.Not very good with customer relationship

I can not recommend this company and staff enough. They have exceeded all customer expectations. Justin and team could not do enough to help us sort and resolve an issue that wasn?t even there issue. Great team Thank you

Spent a large part of our life savings on a motor home, which turned out to be a absolute nightmare from day one. Problems were never resolved,after sales service very poor. Would not recommend or use again.

Really pleasant place to visit. The shop and staff were really knowledgeable and went that extra mile to recommend another business because they didn't stock my item. I'm really pleased with their help and assistance.

Lovely quiet campsite with wildlife to see free roaming. Fantastic cafe offering delicious meals (especially the breakfasts) and they sell caravans.
