Your roof needs replacing because the ceiling at the back is nearly collapsed and it's buy the electrics and it a health and safety issue and the staff have already reported it and nothing has been done

came here a few weeks back and the person behind the till was the loveliest person ever, they came over to me after I stood looking confused out of my mind at the stock for a few minutes and then they helped me find what I needed according to my specific requirements (no tablets pls lol) . They also complimented my painted nails. very kind, memorable experience :-)
