08.03.2024 Cafe was full and queue going out of the door. Milk, sugar and napkins not replenished. This and the other counters were very dirty and sticky.Quick service and usual range of pastries etc.

2024 90% of staff very poor , rude , don?t even know the correct prices .
Place has. It been cleaned for years floors are disgusting, I have to wipe the tables myself when having a coffee.
The staff handle the food with no gloves. The cleanest part of the cafe is the toilet even that?s not great .

I would recommend. 5/5 I love the atmosphere and of course the tea, coffees and the food. I had the pizza it was delicious.They even offered a free drink and free food item on the app!Wonderful customer service also, as Gregg's is the best cafe worldwide but also within the local area the queue was busy but it was moving quickly only had to wait a few minutes because the staff work hard and quickly.Plenty of seats, and love the style and layout of the place! Wonderful! I love to come here for a nice coffee and some food to chill for a while makes my day better!

Good selection of food, goodies and drinks. Store was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and helpful. Only downside is the cake I had was so dry it was hard to swallow. Overall good experience
