“Went into store today and the manager Joanna is very great she went above and beyond so help solve my issue with a piercing in Colchester store ! She fixed the issue and didn’t stop until she helped me solve it. She is very professional and very good. The store is very clean and tidy and definitely recommend my mum had her piercing by Joanna and she was great and friendly. Today she helped me resolve the issue and find my details from another store and put me a new nose ring in my nose. She didn’t have to go above and beyond for me but she did and I’m very grateful thank you again ❤️.she resolved the issue.”

“WELL DONE EDINBURGH WOOLLEN MILL Finally I found a dress and T shirt for the Jubilee weekend !!!I went to Clacton unexpectedly this afternoon and was drawn in by the window displays that were filled with more red white and blue than the whole of Colchester Town Centre where I searched yesterday!!!! The two lovely ladies there helped me with sizes and I overheard them saying they had reached their target for the day down to the exact penny, so we were all happy that I bought three items which took them above target with half an hour still to go before closing time. Thank you clearly your buyers didn't miss the trick every other clothes shop have. Get there quick if you haven't got your outfit yet!”
