What a great place. Cheap prices, but first rate service and brilliant rooms. Clean, tidy and the sea view is a bonus. This place has a great outlook and is close to everything we need. Should be rated higher than it is. I could only give 5 stars but would have put 7 if I could.

Stunning location, sea views are just unreal. Rooms are comfortable without being over the top, everything I needed. Staff are fabulous, friendly and always willing to help. Free parking. Great breakfast. Absolutely spot in place. If i went to clacton again I'd definitely use them again.

We have never stayed in this hotel before and it was a very last minute booking. We had a nice welcome with a smile that's always a good start. We went into our room and it was lovely.
