Can?t answer the phone what so ever even when not busy, been in there when no orders and they let the phone ring, They do not listen to requests for example - less puree and it looks like they put 2x more on it

The chicken wings are absolutely awful! No crispiness at all just mushy and really cheap quality. Tried to call about this and they weren't helpful at all.

After ordering an 11 in because they don't do 12 in like all other pizza place and the also do different crust aswell then We found out they only take cards and not cash !! Not everyone has a card that U can pay over the net or phone so had to cancel and called pizza hut instead!!

App ordered the completey wrong pizza! Phoned the store to rectify and they lied and said it was already out for delivery. Totally unacceptable customer service blatant lies. Will never order again. The pizza was inedible as well. Dog loved it though ?

Been waiting an hr for my 1 pizza to arrive! It?s not 10pm and according to the tracker it?s still baking!Tried calling and no answer!Disgusting to be honest with you! Wish I?d never bothered, £17 for a pizza it?s a joke!

The pizzas here use to be good you use to get beautiful amount of cheese where as now even when you ask for loads you get barely any , not really much taste to it , way to much tomato sauce applied to the garlic bread !! Again this never use to come like this , person on the phone can?t understand English it seems or just plain deaf! Rude on the phone and when you phone up to complain most orders would be sent out again and done properly! Will be using Pizza Hut old road in future as they have improved ! Actually give you lots of cheese and if you have an issue they sort it for you! Also this is very overpriced for a load of rubbush basically , will be telling people to avoid this place at all costs !

I visited here and done a collection for 6pm we arrived before that and waited patiently until are pizzas said they were done on the screen then we kept waiting and waiting until we finally asked one of the staff where they were and they replied "the pizzas isn't done yet I will take about 3 minutes" which was daft as we were sitting in the for 45 minutes and by the time we left it was nearly a hour waiting for 2 pizzas which was ridiculous and one was cold anyway. The customer service is rubbish and the waiting times are ridiculous
