“Nice store, but as with all of them,no baskets at the door,all at the tills, so shoppers get frustrated. A better idea would also to have them stratigicly placed around the store, would maybe prompt people to buy more? Just a thought. But definitely need them at the entrance maybe on a portable trolley outside even, obviously would need to be undercover etc”

“Always worth a wander around sometimes lots of items of interest sometimes nothing at all. Discounts don't seem as good as they used to be, and some items seem to be made especially for their outlet stores”

“My favourite shop always find something that I like and usually buy. Clothes priced reasonable, shop set up so you can scan to see what you like. Staff very helpful, if goods not in stock usually ordered and delivered in store in a couple of days. Then when you’ve finished shopping you can further relax within the coffee shop inside Next. Brilliant x”

“Would like to say thank you to the store manager today. We took a watch back to ask if they could have a look at adjusting the metal strap. She said she will try and have a look but said that we may have to leave it there for them to have a look later during the week. She took our contact details and said that they will call us when the watch was ready to be collected later during the week. We left it with them and she took the time to have a look and she called us back about 45mins later to say that she had managed to adjust the strap. What great service and what a nice person. Fantastic customer service....thank you.”
