“I called in this morning to ask if I could be measured for a bra, I explained that I had not been shopping since start of covid and was really nervous.The staff could not have been more helpful.They made me feel comfortable and safe.Especially thanks to Sue (I think) who put on a mask, measured me and helped me choose the right bra.”

“Would like to say thank you to the store manager today. We took a watch back to ask if they could have a look at adjusting the metal strap. She said she will try and have a look but said that we may have to leave it there for them to have a look later during the week. She took our contact details and said that they will call us when the watch was ready to be collected later during the week. We left it with them and she took the time to have a look and she called us back about 45mins later to say that she had managed to adjust the strap. What great service and what a nice person. Fantastic customer service....thank you.”

“My favourite shop always find something that I like and usually buy. Clothes priced reasonable, shop set up so you can scan to see what you like. Staff very helpful, if goods not in stock usually ordered and delivered in store in a couple of days. Then when you’ve finished shopping you can further relax within the coffee shop inside Next. Brilliant x”

“This particular store is very sizable and well stocked. They have many seasonal goods for sale across 2 floors. There's also a cafe on the upper floor.There is plenty of free parking, including disabled parking spaces and parent and child parking spaces, too. Please be aware that at the time of writing this, there's a 90 minute maximum parking time”
