Bought a tv that cost over £200 from here only for the screen to crack on day two while watching it. There was no drop or impact to it, it was in a room with one person sitting 4ft from it and it just went bangBaffled me and store immediately blamed us for the damage.After explaining things to them and saying we will be buying another tv off them regardless of this they agreed to open it up the next day and have a look for internal damage.Paid for a taxi first thing in the morning to bring it in only to be told they have decided not to "Waste their time" and obviously leaving it as a customer damage issue.So now I'm out of money on the tv and the taxi fare and had my time wasted by them.Needless to say I won't be buying my electronics here again after 5 years of shopping with them.Very let down and messed about.
