Another BIG COMPANY beginning with S has alot!!!!! LESS OPTIONS than costa!!!!! As diabetic for me its COSTA EVERY TIME in the store I go to Miss chloe W is amazing always helpful as well as the rest of the staff much love to them all

Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic offer sugar free also many options on milk etc
Kid-friendliness: Offen see small families there
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair and I have no problems driving around even tho I'm a terrible driver haha

I visited this store a few times while I was on holiday and one specific encounter bought me to make this review. I had a complicated order and I usually have to explain things to staff whilst they are making the drinks because things naturally get forgotten. Throughout this member of staff making the drinks she became more irritated with myself and then when I asked for sprinkles (usually something that is forgotten) she snapped and said "It's getting there" this was a very unessisary comment and before this I requested my drinks to be topped to a certain point as I use the cups daily and know how much it can be filled before the lid goes on, she tried to tell me otherwise and I calmly corrected her which irritated her more. This seems minor but it left me feeling uncomfortable and I didn't want to return.
I can describe the member of staff in question if management would like to look into this further.

Quite a large coffee shop and very good service and a chat with the barrister, asking me if I've had a good day as I was visiting the area from London.
