The Clarks shop in Clacton is the best. For the second year running I have taken my daughter there for school shoes and highly recommend this store. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and spend time with you so you don't feel rushed. Thank you, see you next year!

I don?t usually leave reviews but over the weekend I took my grandaughter to be fitted for her first pair of shoes and felt that the young lady who served us, Laura, went over and above to help us. Her knowledge and whole demeanour was a joy to witness. She was patient, kind and put us both at our ease. My grandaughter keeps asking when can she see Laura again. I will definitely be back? Laura is a credit to your business be proud of her.

Dad and I had a good look around and had a laugh with the member of staff who had served Dad before. The staff that was there was very helpful and didn't push you to buy anything. They at least allowed you to look and decide what to get, if anything.

Very helpful staff. Good covid practices and helped my son find the right shoes for school. He has sensory issues and hates shoes but they were great with him and even though stocks were lower as it's near to beginning of term they found a pair that fit comfortably.
