Went into store today and the manager Joanna is very great she went above and beyond so help solve my issue with a piercing in Colchester store ! She fixed the issue and didn?t stop until she helped me solve it. She is very professional and very good. The store is very clean and tidy and definitely recommend my mum had her piercing by Joanna and she was great and friendly. Today she helped me resolve the issue and find my details from another store and put me a new nose ring in my nose. She didn?t have to go above and beyond for me but she did and I?m very grateful thank you again ??.she resolved the issue.

Took my grandchildren here to do a bit of shopping,though were very patient as my granddaughter had to look at the whole shop before she decided what she wanted. Helpful and friendly staff

How Claire?s managed to waste my time. Phoned up Wednesday about ear piercings for my daughter. Told get there between 12 and 4 on Saturday they said we would be able to do it, arrived just after 12. First told the earliest would be 2:30, said I was told any time after 12 manager said we are to busy on a Saturday to do it, in-spite of being told on Wednesday that Saturday afternoon was when they did it.Asked why I was given that time and day, she just shrugged her shoulders. No apology given!. Would recommend going somewhere else!, where they are organised and show some civility to their customers. Would never go there again!

Great shop although confusing sales. "Almost everything" buy 3 get 3 free. But nothing to say whats not included. So guess work is needed. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming though.
