Went here yesterday and was appalled on the prices, the selling prices to be exact, when selling a item to them, they get there prices of ebay and they only find the most cheapest one selling on ebay for example lets say your selling a record player they go on ebay and find the cheapest one selling (the same item your selling them) and they half that and give u the money its a joke, the prices when buying are to high most of the stuff has been here for a good few months not being able to be sold iv had to return stuff since it broke in a few months also, they also judge you very heavily one what brand u sell them if it isn't a good brand like watches and music stuff and consoles etc, you probs get something thrown at ur face like 'ah its only a cheap item' or something the staff can be very rude time to time. just be careful buying/selling from these.
ps. Dont be mad if u sell them your items and when you see ur item being sold 3x the amount they gave you when u sold it to them.

Very unfair price for items, would avoid if able unfortunately there is not an actual cash converters in the town. The manager has no idea on value of items and comes across as very rude I?ve put some items in here on a buy back and the price they give you unless you personally know them the price is shocking the screens of there computers are even hidden so you can?t see what they are searching unlike cash converters who are very happy to show and discuss reasonable price. Like I have mentioned it is unfortunate we don?t have something better in town for people who need to sell/buyback for extra money. Cex is just as bad taken full advantage knowing there is no were else in town.

When purchasing you should tell people you don't do refunds, especially when paying out hundreds of pounds. Customer service is very poor will not be spending any money in here again.
