“When my Smart Car malfunctioned in the week prior to beginning my new job that requires me to drive to get there & back, I was in a bit of bother.After calling another garage who wasn't equipped to fix Smart Cars, I tried Select Auto Centre and fortunately I did as they have been fantastic.Kevin who answered my call explained to me that March is their busiest month and their next appointment was at the end of March. I shared with him my dilemma.With that he asked me to bring them the smart car and he organised their courtesy car for me. I haven't been without a car this entire time and that took care of me getting to/from work every day.Within a couple of days the diagnosis had been established by Allan and the part to replace was ordered.Waiting for the part to be delivered took the longest time. Kevin kindly continued the courtesy of the use of the car.I missed calls from Allan and Kevin throughout this time and when I called back Joe would be on the other end of the line. Every time he was so pleasent towards me and would relay information to me in such a way I felt uplifted and a valued customer. Quality communication and competency!The part arrived and the courtesy car was due to be returned in two days for another customer (Remembering this is their busiest month..)Again Allan managed to do all the work needed the same day and my Smart Car was fixed!Their service, care and consideration towards me has been beyond brilliant.
