Never thought of going to boots for my medication but it's was a nice visit the lady who was behind the counter was so polite what was the first thing they did my medication in about ten minutes and there was nothing on floor so i was happy to look around

I went into collect a prescription that my daughter had ordered on 111 as she had forgotten her inhaler and lives 4hrs away in the Midlands. I was told it hadn?t come through. My daughter checked with 111 and they said it should be at the chemist so my daughter went back. A curly blonde lady was very rude and not helpful at all. She said it hadn?t come through and anyway they haven?t got it in stock. My daughter was so upset, frustrated and didn?t know what to do to get the inhaler she decided to drive home and cut her trip short. The pharmacist called her the next day and asked if she was coming to pick her inhaler up??? They did have the prescription and they did have the inhaler in stock!!
This woman is rude and not helpful at all. I will never use this chemist again.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Boots pharmacy was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to speak up.
I went in to collect a prescribed medication for my mum and was told at the counter their policy was i 3?5 days to get the med ready and come by in two days (bear in mind i went to collect this med 3 days after it being prescribed by the doc) and even though the medication was clearly on the shelf behind the counter and i was looking at it directly. When I politely asked if it was possible to check or expedite the process, I was met with complete unwillingness to help or even look into it.
The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, and in particular, a blonde-haired woman I dealt with was extremely rude. Her attitude was condescending, and she clearly lacks basic people skills. I decided to check with another pharmacy just down the same road, and they told me they had the medication in stock and could dispense it immediately.
When I returned to Boots and asked for them to print the prescription so I could take it elsewhere, the same woman curtly told me that it?s ?their policy? and I should stick to it. Only after pushing back did she say, ?on this one occasion,? they could give me the medication ? which just proved it could?ve been done from the beginning.
Completely avoidable stress and a terrible customer service experience. I?ll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

Had my prescription for a week, still wasnt ready. Turn up and have to wait 50 mins for them to sort it out, honestly dont bother using the pharmacy. Anywhere else is better, wont be using them again, bloody useless

Who ever runs this boots wants sacking, hard to get through by phone, and when they say the prescription is ready it?s not, and they say come back after 3pm. As if you have all day to travel back and forth. Needs a change in management

I phoned up this chemist to see if they had a Bricanyl inhaler in-stock and a friendly polite lady called Carla informed me that one was available and she would save it for me.I informed her that a friend would be picking it up on my behalf around mid day then said goodbye and put the phone down. Unfortunately when my friend went there he recieved a less than welcoming reception from a Kurt female member of staff followed by a extremely rude woman who happened to be the manageress! At first they tried to tell him my medication was out of stock,then they refused to hand it over because according to them my home address was unknown even though it was clearly printed on another page of the prescription.My friend phoned me up as they demanded to know my previous address not the current one printed on the prescription but as it was so long ago I had forgotten the postcode,why they needed this is beyond me but they eventually released my medication to him and he departed very wound up! A while later I phoned this chemist to enquire as to if I was going to get my medication who spoke to the manageress who was very rude and abrupt to me! Due to this dreadful experience I shall never use this chemist again!

I have been trying to contact pharmacy since 15.30, 9th August. I have now only 4 days left. Put request on on 5th August. No text that script is ready. Once hoped it was good but not to be.

Woman with white curly hair was a bit rude. I said I'm picking up a prescription for my mum, she said it's there but needs to be collected tomorrow. I said the doctors told her it was ready and she said "well, the doctors don't work here so there's that." A bit unnecessary. If you're stressed working in a pharmacy might be time to get another job?

Absolutely disgusting went there for a private consultation the consultant didn?t even check my son over called 111 and didn?t even prescribe with anything and told us to call the doctor instead absolutely disgusted

Wouldn?t give any stars if I could .Don?t think much of these especially one women tall , skinny , blonde hair with glasses just rude and definitely don?t care about customers at all .. Wasn?t open on time to start with although I saw the dispensary person had gone in . This women wasn?t going to open the door after the time it said and didn?t care, must be the worse place I have seen and I have been in to quite a few chemists over the time because some didn?t have the right medication . I wouldn?t want her working for me at all , it bad for the rest . Will be changing chemists ASAP. The other one along from this is a lot better customer service.and availability.and very friendly . Thought it was this one I was going to in first place . This place said last time medication would be in and come back Saturday pm but then to be told no that?s wrong information.
