Shelves often empty and what is there is overpriced and cheaper if you walk down the road to Morrisons. Generally queue and only one till is ever open and is no where near the doors

Absolutely awful, can?t get anyone to serve you most days. I tried to buy some vitamins which had a lower price (by £4) with an advantage card. I signed up and it would not link to the App. I asked the man on the till for help and he just shrugged his shoulders and said ? I dunno, I can sign you up for a card? I said I am signed up, he said ?I dunno? . I?m so sick of the bad / non existent service in there.

Update! 09/11/24 still the same issues, never have stock of the medication, Which means going to the pharmacy twice every single . Things have got even worse now where the pharmacist has to in between doing his job give flu jabs Which means you Have to come back sometime later to get your prescription prescriptions. I have at times complained to the store manager and the head office. It doesn?t seem to improve but it?s the same with every pharmacy around this area.
Every time you get a Prescription in here they NEVER have the meds to give you all your prescription I?ve been given 4 tablets to last me until Tuesday I need one today Friday! My prescription was for 100 tablets not good!

Poor customer service. I was the only customer there but still had to wait 10 minutes. The pharmacist and staff were all behind the counter chatting. When the pharmacist finally decided to attend to me, there was no apology from him for making me wait. In the end, they didn't even have the meds I needed nor were they able to order it??! Won't be coming back!!!

Waiting to get through to pharmacy on a call for over 15 mins. Not one person picked up the phone. I needed to check they received my prescription for covid medication. Must be understaffed. Very poor customer service indeed. Boots need to sort themselves out, not sure they will survive as the company have not invested for years. Not going to return here.

There are very helpful and friendly Pharmacist's that work here,I popped in and a Pharmacist named Michael looked at my daughter and suggested we pop into the hospital,he was right she needed antibiotics so I'm so glad he advised us to go there,later we was back to pick up our medication and again all staff were so helpful and friendly

Not only the service is extremely bad .they don't seem to have enough staff.they are racist to the extreme.i am Asian. Every month I collect my meds .you can rest assure .they make me wait longer than their white people. They dispatch their quickly and off they go.why I always have to wait so long .I am incosequent.never seen

Great customer service yesterday 31st August 9am Pier Avenue store at the cosmetics counter. Really lovely lady explained all the No7 offers available to me to use with my advantage card. Purchased the No7 Intelligent foundation, No7 eyeliner and 2 No7 nail varnishes. Friendly and approcable service with great knowledge of the offers available. Just sorry I didn't get the Ladies name. Hope she sees this.
