A good place to buy every construction ? related materials. The goods are well displayed on the shelf - with price options label as well. There are various payment options at the till.
Ample parking lot - shared with other major stores.

I went to collect materials today as I do most days.
When I got to the counter a man called Robin came to serve me. He seem to have the hump because he could not see the barcodes .
I mentioned do you normally have a code behind counter and he rudely replied , no if I did I wouldn?t be looking robin your so rude

Visited a few times this week as we are new to the area.
Went in this morning to get some plumbing bits and I was dreading it as Hubby hates plumbing and anyone would think the world is ending when he?s plumbing something in ?
Luckily, we bumped into a store colleague; Giles. Who came up to us and advised what bits we needed. Giles was extremely helpful and chose the bits we needed for the job!
Hubby plumbed in my new appliances in no time! So thank you to Giles for saving us and stopping any unnecessary problems! Give that man a Christmas bonus please ?

Louis, at Brook retail Park needs a medal! He went above and beyond, assisting me with a large purchase that was far to big for my car (Impulse buy) . He dismantled it after lots of effort and it was in! Thank-you Louis for taking so much time and not swearing once !! ?
