Had my lashes done today with Sophie.Booked online for ?volume? lashes-thinking they were going to be Russian volume.Paid £55 for them and they look nothing like Russians(what I always normally have) so I know they should be thick,fluffy & with a curl.I?m gutted to say the least! £55 for lashes like party lashes with no curl,thickness or fluffiness! Even though Sophie has done them ONCE before and they actually looked what Russians are supposed to look like! I told her I wasn?t happy with them she then went on to say that I havnt got a lot of lashes so she could only put on lashes with how many natural lashes I had-Even though I get them done all the time and that?s the first time I?ve heard someone say that!Don?t use Sophie Louise?s for LASHES!Waste of money!& to top it off I won?t get a refundWill not be returning

So unfortunately this review comes for a few reasons. I?m a beauty therapist myself and booked for a full leg wax last year September I was quite honestly horrified at the state of the treatment room , a unfriendly welcome from a young girl , dirty old couch with no towels just a piece of couch roll , the floor of the treatment room was disgusting and the room and wax pot was very unclean. I had to walk through to the back to the room walking by rubbish , mess in the nail desks and it all looked very unclean. The therapist was in jeans and a leather jacket which half way through she took her jacket of and chucked it on my clothes on the chair she looked totally unprofessional and clearly didn?t want to do my service , she left the room mid service to answer to the recycle or bin man and just left the door open and used the same spatula throughout my leg wax double dipping the whole time, I was also booked in for a bikini wax but asked her to not do that I just wanted to leave. Not only this but it is very apparent that your salon has been open through lockdown for sunbeds which is totally illegal but somehow the rules don?t seem to apply to yourselves. Very disappointed in my local area that a business is running like this it?s totally not acceptable from health and safety point of view and I question why you are even a open business. I would never attend here again nor recommend I highly urge people to seriously avoid this place

A lady called Maria done my nails and brows today...She was lovely and done an amazing job ...Really takes her time a real perfectionist. So lovely for someone to take such a pride in their work .My brows look fabulous .

Been here a few times and always had a great experience. I have had a lovely spray tan here and also had my eyelashes done. Fab prices and really nice local business.
