I have been coming to this shop for many years now and I must say the manager and her staff are so kind and helpful , this shop is such a happy shop well laid out bright and cheerful . They play lovely music and I must say while times are hard for everyone they do try and keep their prices as low as possible to help people out ? great shop would definitely recommend

Staff are cheerful, friendly and kind.The shop has a great layout with easy access to every section, is bright and clean, even the music is played at the right volume.I find prices to be fair and the quality of cloths and toys are always very good.As you can tell ....I love going to this shop!

Became very expensive and if you are lucky to find a designer item, be very careful as most of these items will be damaged. They will sell shrunken jumpers, stained, ripped and etc. Some of the items in the shop: Boden skirt £30, Barbour long sleeve top £9, Barbour cardigan £20, picture £40, two glasses £10 and etc.

Excellent staff, very helpful and always smiling.Popped in today to thank them for a pair of warm socks that were just perfect... it had taken me several months and I just couldnt find a suitable pair.Now I needed a warm pair if house slippers.Staff were excellent, helped me enormously, getting warm slippers for a housebound lady, they allowed me to take 4 pairs home to try and keep one pair and I can return the rest.Thank you ladies X

I go to this charity shop very often, and I always find it an excellent experience. They have very helpful staff, and their prices are truly reasonable. The shop itself is very clean and they usually have a large variety of goods which are categorised very well, so I have no problem finding what I need. overall they provide a fun shopping experience.

I have been a volunteer for hainault branch for 5 years it is a very happy work place also can be very busy the staff are all friendly even many of our customers pop in to say hello and see a happy face
