I have had an extremely positive experience with Albana over the last year. She ensured I was well informed about the process and the outcome of the hair removal laser treatment prior and during the sessions. Before starting the sessions I was really fed up with painful waxes and the time it took to 'de hair' especially in the summer months. I am very pleased with the results and it has been life changing for me in terms of my beauty regime. I always felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my hair removal journey. I can not thank Albana enough for her commitment and outstanding service.

I recently had an appointment with Magdalena and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. She is highly professional and has a lovely personality. I had a hydrafacial done and she took the time to understand my skincare concerns and explained every step of the treatment. I appreciated the personalized advice for my skincare routine and the do's and don'ts after the treatment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next visit. I went for laser and was dealt by Albana who was really friendly and very good at her job.
She made me feel so comfortable and did my laser so quickly. She explained each step as we went along and answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely go back to her for more treatments that we spoke about.
