I am absolutely outraged. I tried to purchase a bottle of wine this evening and handed over my driving license to be checked. The lady who served me inspected it like I have never seen before, she was shocked at my age and went out of her way to try to prove that my very real driving license was fake. She started picking it and had damaged the reflected sticker at the front of it. She persisted to tell me that my very real license was fake and did not even apologise. Instead of just refusing to serve me, she has now completely damaged my driving license and I will have to replace it. DISGUSTED.

Hi I came in your shop around two days ago and was lining up to pay when I heard a member of staff as anti religious things to another member of staff I see it as very unprofessional and rude considering I?m of the same religion

Shop condition is poor. Have seen dead flies along with funny smell of dead Rats in the store. Also noticed droppings along with crisp packets and small chocolates that have been clearly nibbled at.

Overheard and saw dodgy Indian gentleman, member of staff selling personal stuff behind the till. Shouldn't be allowed. By the way, the gentleman's name was 'Shailesh'.

The store seems nice inside but beware of the ATM if you are using a foreign card. Although it's fee free, it offers to convert the currency for you at a very unfavorable rate, and once you figure out how to decline, which is confusing, you get asked again if you want to decline. Do NOT accept their offer to convert the currency for you into your currency, and make sure you say "No" both times.

Great place to shop, great staff. However, watch out for the big headed customers who think they own the place. If you don't like it go somewhere else.
