Not very good experience. We have been listed with Madison Fox for over 2 months and only had 1 viewing.
We might have blamed the market, except two flats in the same block as ours have sold in the last month (not through Madison Fox!).
This estate agent seems to be purely reactive. We will be changing agents as soon as we come out of our 12-weeks agreement.

Nice enough people but wasted a lot of my time. Never once suggested doing multiple viewings on one afternoon. Instead I had one or two individual viewings per week. Henry largely without any sales patter when prospective buyers were actually in the house. Sidney came and claimed she had never heard of Purple Bricks before. Had to move on and go elsewhere to sell my property.

May I say that the team at Madison Fox went above and beyond to do all they could in ensuring the sale of my house went as smoothly as possible with little to no hassle to me whatsoever in the process from beginning to end. Bronte, Henry & Ben just to name a few in the team (I?m sure there were a lot of people in the background making things happen too!) are the reason me and my family are in the position we are in today, moving into our dream home.
From ensuring we were okay for viewings and timings, to selling our lovely home to the best of their abilities as well as completing and exchanging, me and my family could not be more grateful for the services rendered by Madison Fox.

We used Madison Fox to sell our late mother's house. From the initial valuation, which we were very happy with, through the viewings, offers and eventual transaction, they were excellent.
