I have been using David for the last 5 years he keeps me on top of my goals. Very professional, always pushes me the right amount, not so much that I get fed up and enough to see good results. Definitely would recommend.

I got into contact with David at a time where my fitness dropped and was not in good shape. David was very understanding of my situation and got together a long term plan to achieve my goals. My goals were to improve in boxing and increase my fitness levels and David crafted sessions to help me achieve those goals.David is professional, friendly and disciplined in the way he works. I would definitely recommend David as personal trainer regardless of skill level, fitness level as he is experience and knows what is required to reach any goals you may have.David also strives to keep improving and upgrading his studio as well as bringing in new equipment and different exercises to hit bespoke areas of training that you may need.

David was absolutely fantastic and really supportive at the start of my fitness journey. He has really helped me in building my confidence and attitude towards fitness. David ensured from the first session to understand my goals and made me feel super comfortable. His private studio is easy to get to and the studio is always clean and well maintained! Definitely recommend David!

When I first joined with David, I was extremely nervous and self conscious as I had let my fitness levels drop so much and I had gained a lot of weight.The thought of stepping foot in a gym made me feel uneasy but from the very first session, David made me feel extremely comfortable and learned what my fitness goals were to create a personal plan to get me to them.As the sessions progressed, I found myself looking forward to going to my PT sessions.David is great, likeable and so easy to get on with.David has a private gym which is well equipped and well maintained, the gym itself is kept very clean and organised. The gym has free parking and great public transport links too.

Ive been working with David in his studio for the last few months and it?s been fantastic. I came to David wanting to lose gut that had developed over COVID lockdowns and to work on my overall strength to improve back pain and to start my 40s in great shape. The results have been fantastic and I?m getting into the best shape I?ve been in in years. David is meticulous and creative with his workouts - he places great attention to detail to ensure proper technique in all of his exercises - I have found when I now go to the gym alone my workouts are much more focused and effective as I know what I?m doing. His studio is filled with machines and toys for unique and effective workouts which David creatively tailors specifically to your goals and body. One of the best investments I?ve made in years! I Highly recommend him!

David is a great PT - every session is great and a challenging mix of boxing and cross training. David also offers great advice around diet and outside training. Would definitely recommend David to anyone looking to get fit and in shape.

Personally got me to where I wanted to be looks and strength wise to carry it on by myself in the gym. David is a great trainer, pushed me every week, which I needed to get back into fitness. After 6 months I noticed huge difference in my overal body tone. My abs were defined and legs were always solid. No more wobbly bits! Highly recommend.

Dave Leo of Leo fitness is an exceptional trainer with the rare ability to individualise training sessions to suit your specific needs. I have trained with him and the results are excellent . My young daughter has had a session with him and can?t wait to get back . A former professional athlete his understanding of assessing clients is second to none !!
