Sadly Boots Chemist/Pharmacy in need of a major overhaul inefficiency appreciate they deal with many customers on a day to day basis, service very sporadic don?t need to go into any detail of experiences but today I reach breaking point Where my health issues are at stake Total loss of confidence in the Pharmacy Team (Good Luck)future I?ll take my prescription request to another source

I wish I had remembered her name but the assistant (young, slight build, grey hijab) who served me today was kind, polite and helpful as well as efficient. She has unknowingly made a big difference to my day.

Poor customer service and dont pic up the phone wanted to know why thay cut up my medication where supposed get 28 tablets and thay have opend it up cut out 7 tablets when I'm ment to have that medication why is the question a question that caint be resolved as poor customer service.

I went to collect my parcel and i face Very ill mannered old lady on reception.it was 5:30 pm and it close at 7:00 pm but she was so rude to me saying I am finishing my shift she was in mood of fighting and badly treated us very bad customer service She could have treated me with better and not rushing to finish her shift it is a shame

Terrible pharmacy. Have been getting my prescription the same for years, suddenly they say my prescription doesn?t cover what I need and can only have another brand. The pharmacist shows me my usual medication that I need and says ?I have it but I won?t give it to you?. I say ?but you usually do with this exact prescription? and I?m told ?yes I could but today I?m not doing it?. I ask ?what should I do to change the prescription if there?s an error? and I?m told ?that?s not my problem?. I go back to doctor to check the prescription, they show me that it is all correct and tell me to avoid this pharmacy as it?s concerning they don?t know what brands are covered under the medical name. Disgusting attitude by the pharmacy. Mistakes are made but the rudeness and lack of care are unacceptable.

Please change your staff immediately or change their behaviour towards customers as other people said it?s awfully difficult to pick ur prescription and the staff are not helpful and make you feel uncomfortable and not welcoming at all and waiting hours are beyond insane as they have no clarity among them and make you do rounds around store for couple of days and rude all time .Never recommend this store to others .

The worst place to ever pick up your prescription!!!!!I am always left around 15 / 30 minutes waiting in a queue that only goes down if people leave out of frustration!!!Absolute shambles of a place
